VP Product DXP, Stibo DX (Hamburg & Aarhus)

In 12 months I built a 0-to-1 SaaS DXP product and stood up a new business line. Leading a 25-person cross-functional team across Germany, Denmark, and the US, boosting execution by 30% and enabling up to 75% efficiency gains in omnichannel asset/product experience creation with PIM integration.

I also secured two early adopters, ran their rollouts as interim Project Manager, and led GTM with Stibo Systems (pricing, positioning, analyst, customer advisory board), introducing Pragmatic Institute practices to prioritize high-impact work.
